Use the Manfrotto 357 Rapid Connect Adapter to retrofit your video head with quick release capability for your camera rig. The adapter includes a 357-1 Sliding Plate and it incorporates both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads for mounting to a tripod head or other support.
This adapter has a push button and a thumb lever for securing the sliding camera plate. The 357PLV-1 Sliding Plate is compatible with Manfrotto's 526 Fluid Video Head, enabling you to easily move your camera between a head and another support component.
